An installation of 22mm Unfinished Oak floorboards.

Extensive Joist replacement was carried out to support the new oak flooring.  Also, underfloor insulation boards were fitted in between the joists to protect the underside from the elements and retain heat in the room.  After all the boards had been installed, a light sanding was required to smooth out any imperfections and then treated with a natural oil to protect the surface and to beautifully finish off.

An installation of Oak engineered flooring, pre-finished matte lacquer.  A constructed board to  withstand local environmental temperature and humidity changes in the atmospere.  The boards click together creating a strong bond between boards and floated onto moisture resistant underlay. This installation was finished off with an Oak Scotia beading to cover the expansion gap around the skirting.
