Brief: To install unfinished Oak Wood Plank Flooring.

Prior to any timber flooring being fitted in this case, some issues with levels between the original timber floor and tiled and screeded areas had to be addressed. So new T & G Chipboard had to be installed to bring up levels. Also, areas that had none or not guaranteed to have any previous DPM treatments, we then applied an Epoxy Resin surface Damp Proof Membrane to the screeded areas and a Polythene DPM was put on the soiled areas underneath the joists. Celotex boards were fitted between joists for insulation.
